Your new Market Insights (CMA Reports) have a fresh new look, your Website Communities match your new IDX, your property search widget has several new features such as: adding a photo, floating over your slider, custom title and subtitles, plus adding Home Value Request and External Links!
Be sure to set up your new Website Setting/IDX Settings for Options (or request EMA to make your updates) so you receive Alerts for:
- What properties they have viewed
- How many times they viewed a property
- Any Notes & Note History they take on a property
- When they view a property “x” amount of times
- Prospects actively looking at a property and the last date/time they looked
- Favorited Properties, Saved Search Creations & Criteria Updates, and more
Alerts like the above allow you the opportunity to close more leads and let you make personal touches such as, “Hey, this property caught my eye, and I thought it might be perfect for you! What time do you want to check it out this weekend?”
Speaking of Alerts… you are also now able to update your notification preferences in your profile to enable/disable Email, Text & App Push notifications.
